What began as home-sharing in the Hollywood Hills in 2015 has evolved into a true passion for real estate, hospitality, and design. We spent 2024-2025 renovating our Montecito property — five charming cottages — and transforming it into something special to share with our community.

That project inspired us to launch Aven Collective, our new brand for property management, short-term rental consulting, and referral love in the real estate and hospitality space.
